Customized coaching is at the core of Super Powers Coaching. This is the stuff a training plan cannot provide…the coach-athlete relationship. Coach Jenn is truly there to support you in training and life. Here’s how. She plans your training only one week at a time based on your previous week(s) training as well as stress level (training, life, family, work) and availability to train (vacation, holiday, work projects, etc.). She also monitors and adjusts your training during the week with a keen eye on recovery to avoid burnout and injury. You can expect frequent communication from her in TrainingPeaks. She will evaluate your training data, provide feedback and ask questions. You also receive unlimited athlete-driven communication with Coach Jenn via text and email. As a long-time client says, “this is a game-changer.”

Monthly Triathlon Coaching, $80/mo

5% discount for 6mo commitment
10% discount for 12mo commitment

This coaching option is the same as Custom Weekly Triathlon Coaching but on a monthly timeframe. This means Coach Jenn plans your training one month at a time, still based on your previous training as well as stress level and availability to train. The monitoring of workouts occurs only monthly, and there are no schedule adjustments during the month. Coach Jenn checks in with you near the end of the month via email. This is your time to share any changes to your availability, ask questions and get guidance on all things triathlon. Athlete comments in TrainingPeaks are highly encouraged. Although you receive unlimited athlete-driven communication with Coach Jenn, this is via TrainingPeaks and email only.

Monthly Single-Sport Coaching, $65/mo

Not a triathlete? Coach Jenn gets you. Typically runners take advantage of this coaching option, but it is truly meant for the athlete focused on one and only one sport. You can expect everything provided by Monthly Triathlon Coaching, just not the triathlon part.

Swim Lesson, $50

Rare is the triathlete who isn’t perpetually working on their swimming technique. Unless we swam on a swim team as a child or teenager, we need help correcting our form in order to become more efficient in the water. Coach Jenn uses both her eyes and underwater video to analyze your swim stroke. During the in-person swim lesson, she will record your swimming from various angles as well as share what she sees and how to correct it. Within a week of your lesson, you’ll receive an email with video clips as well as a writeup of areas needing improvement, suggested drills with videos and a sample workout.


Coaching Consultation, $40

You’ve got questions; Coach Jenn can help. Regardless if you are a current Super Powers Coaching athlete or not, schedule an hour with her either in person or via Zoom to discuss anything and everything swimming, biking, running, training and racing. Coach Jenn loves to help athletes of all levels, experiences and abilities to improve. Sometimes all we need is a compassionate ear and problem-solving mind to help us navigate the bumps along our training road.
